Position: Commercial Cleaner

Job Type: Part-Time (Evening Shifts)

Reports To: Cleaning Supervisor

As a Commercial Cleaner at Eco Clean 360, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' work spaces are clean, safe, and presentable. This role includes routine cleaning tasks, as well as specialized cleaning projects for offices, commercial spaces, and other business facilities. You will play a vital role in maintaining a healthy environment for our clients' staff and visitors.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, office spaces, and common areas
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and remove garbage from premises
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and kitchens as needed
• Use eco-friendly cleaning products and practices to maintain a healthy work environment
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers as needed
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistency and quality
• Report any maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Secure and lock all facilities after completing cleaning tasks (if working after hours)
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet Eco Clean 360’s high standards of quality and service

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliability and punctuality in attending assigned shifts
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Willingness to work evening shifts and occasional weekends
• Valid Driver’s License required
