** What You'll Do:*
* · Repair, install, replace, test, and fix thewater, air, medical gas, supply steam systems traps etc.

· Knowledge of steam piping and components

· Install new water systems, piping, and fixturesby blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

· Ensure waste and vent lines are in goodoperating condition using a plumber's snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer anddrain camera.

· Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.

· Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflowdevices.

· Provide training to other staff members so theycan perform light plumbing maintenance and repair.

· Perform general maintenance and building systemsoperational duties as assigned or directed.

· Respond to emergency situations, summoning extrahelp as needed.

· Follow all activity policies and procedures,always including all HSE-related requirements.

· Finish the HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.

· Report any conditions that could result in anaccident or injury to management.

· Maintain a safe and organized work environment,adhering to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

· Conduct routine inspections and calibrations of equipment to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) andGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

** What You'll Need*
* · High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, acombination of experience and education will be considered.

· Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level required. Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred. Valid Driver's License required.

· Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the abilityto lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

· Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

· Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

· Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
