Position: Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) - Sodastream
Overview The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing overall support to the Maintenance Supervisor to include hands-on maintenance of the production lines, other mechanical equipment throughout the facility and building requirements. This role will perform repairs and help in the operation, monitoring, and performance of preventative maintenance as necessary. This position is supporting 2nd shift from 3:30PM - 12:00AM Mon - Fri.

Flexible days and hours may be required. Responsibilities
• Conducts routine production line maintenance and repairs such as; replacement of belts, cleaning and repair of filling heads, troubleshooting performance issues.
• Follows established preventive maintenance schedules and/or provides support for routine maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Records and reports on maintenance repairs and issues as needed.
• Ensure all safety and work procedures are followed.
• Maintains building/facility needs such as painting, cleaning, fire/safety equipment, lightbulb changes and other general facility needs.
• Comfortable in the efficient use of PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist in Providing training for line operators and shift leads on basic maintenance tasks as well as training on machine settings and parameters.
• Document and analyze trends of scheduled and unscheduled downtime.
• Assist with the development of written maintenance related SOP's. Qualifications
• 2+ years of mechanical experience required.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be available for shift, weekend assignments and on-call.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Prior forklift certification preferred, recertification or initial certification will be completed when hired.
Strong work ethic, detail to attention and teamwork attitude.
• Experience and knowledge of hydraulics a plus.
• Knowledge of electricity in an industrial basis a plus.
• Knowledge of PLC SW a plus The expected compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. Confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
