Location: Paradise

The primary objective of equipment maintenance is the repair and upkeep of production equipment; ensuring it remains in a safe, effective operating condition so that production and quality targets can be met on time and within budget.

Assist equipment technicians or service personnel with technical support, which can be provided via phone, email, or directly at the job site.

Develop quick and accurate communication with field personnel and dispatch.

Ensure the quality of repairs to minimize recalls and duplicate work.

Ensure compliance with all governmental and company safety policies.

Comply with Human Resources policies.

Review shop tool requirements to improve work efficiency.

Observe and report deficiencies to enhance our Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and consider additions.

Participate in technical training with dealers or manufacturers and pass on knowledge to other mechanics.

Work closely with the Field Services Dispatcher and parts personnel to ensure on-time delivery of parts.

Collaborate daily with Internal Departments, Field Managers, Superintendents, and Field Mechanics.

This position is hourly and may require overtime as needed.

Must have sufficient tools to perform the job; the company does not provide industry-standard tools.

Keep the service truck clean and organized.

Responsible for adhering to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, if applicable.

Ensure compliance with all Trimble/Telogis regulations.

Perform other duties as required or assigned.
