Concordia of Cranberry is hiring aMaintenance Directorfor their beautiful and conveniently located Personal Care facility. TheMaintenance Directoris responsible for preserving the condition of the premises and performing a variety of maintenance tasks.

This position features aMonday through Fridayschedule with on-call hours,competitive pay (we pay based on experience),and afull benefits package.

If waiving health insurance, you can earn an additional$1.50/hour.

Qualifications of aMaintenance Director:

• Previous experience as a maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in HVAC or building maintenance technology is a plus

Responsibilities of aMaintenance Directorare included but not limited to:

• Maintaining all systems to ensure functionality
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
• Makes timely repairs as needed
