Teammate​/House Cleaner

Position: Teammate / House Cleaner
Location: Robinson Township

With other area cleaners not reopening, we have been growing at a solid rate and need team members to join us to support that growth.

Since we know you're probably wondering, we are fully stocked on safety equipment & PPE, hospital-grade disinfectant, and all the things needed to make sure you are safe! We proudly have not had any incidents and fully intend to do everything we can to keep it that way.

What we offer:

* Regular Hours - 8:00 am - 4 pm, Weekdays Only! Less than 5 days a week is considered, but we need you available for that standard shift

* Weekly paychecks by direct deposit, a pay card or check

* An updated pay policy - trainees start at $12.50, then go to $13.00 per hour, plus a bonus and tipping structure. Many of our team members are earning close to $20 per hour, and some, with a lot of experience, are over that!

* Paid Holidays (6 per year)

* Earn paid days off within 3 months (Up to 8 per year for years 1 & 2, up to 14 per year for people that keep working for us, that's up to 20 paid days off per year)

What we need from you:

* No experience necessary - we'll train you

* Dependability & customer friendliness - we have a great team and we want to make sure you are great like them!

* A known schedule - we need you available for full day's work, but if it's 2-4 days a week instead of 5 and part-time, that's okay, we just need to know in advance

* A drivers license - we have vehicles but do need you to be insurable and 21 years old or older to work for us

* Pass a background screening and a drug test

Our typical employees are individuals who worked in retail, restaurants, hotels, customer service, and other things, but value weekday and daylight hours, customer relationships, and independence.
