Building​/Grounds Maintenance

We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional.

• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Plans repair work using building blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, replacing light bulbs and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems and test the functionality of safety systems.
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed.
• Maintain grounds, including grounds upkeep
• Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal , etc.
• Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions.
• Report to CEO regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.
• Performs other duties related as assigned
