UPMC - - - Responsibilities:
Take ownership of maintaining and preparing job sites and the shopensuring clean, safe, and well-organized work spaces.;
Keep mechanical rooms, plant rooms, and plant centers looking their best through cleaning, painting, and routine upkeep.;
Perform minor preventive maintenance on essential equipment, including chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.;
Replace filters in air handlers, terminal devices, and fan coil units to support optimal air quality and efficiency.;
Clean coils and HVAC equipment to maintain reliable system performance.
