The Village of St. Barnabas is looking for a Maintenance Technician!

* Job Type: Full Time

What You Will Do:

* Experience in H.V.A.C. highly preferable but not required.

* Service heating and cooling units at all facilities

* Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveway

* Repairs the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical

* Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested

* Assure that work assignments areas are clean and equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored before leaving the area

* Perform and complete preventative maintenance schedule as set forth by the supervisor

* Required to be on-call for emergency conditions/situations
