We're looking for a Shipping & Logistics Associate to help ensure our assistive speech devices are shipped accurately and reliably to the people who need them most. This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday through Friday, based at our North American Headquarters in our brand-new Moon Township facility.

As a Shipping & Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and attention to detail in the contents, packaging, and documentation within a timely manner.
• Re-ship undeliverable packages to ensure customers receive their equipment promptly.
• Use Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, shared documents and drives) to collaborate with coworkers all throughout the country.
• Utilize warehouse systems including barcode scanners, Enterprise Resource Planning software (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and shipping software to track, log, and update shipping information.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and related shipping records are in compliance with company and international standards.
• Coordinate with our Inventory Management and Production teams to help maintain the flow of materials and keep inventory records accurate.
