Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding maintenance issues and solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in maintenance work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
