Position: Custodial/ Maintenance Position
Location: Springtown

The Maintenance/Custodial Person assists management in achieving and maintaining gold standard expectations of the interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness, as well as general equipment maintenance duties. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training you need to succeed.

The Maintenance/Custodial Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Filtering oil fryers daily

Maintaining outside grounds

Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

Unload delivery truck weekly

Trash Duties Change light bulbs

Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

General Cleanliness Weather related duties
