The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior cleanliness and presentation of our Lincoln Highway business property in Ronks, working seasonal (May – August) with flexible hours including required weekend hours for a total of 20 - 40 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Pick up all trash and debris on property
- Empty all trash cans
- Water flowers and pull weeds in grass areas and flower beds
- Sweep and clean all walkways, patios and entrance areas
- Some power washing is required
- Seasonal maintenance tasks
- Hand mow as required
- Other duties as directed
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Display positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Able to follow directions (both written and verbal) and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently
