Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules based on work orders, priorities, and resource availability;
Coordinate with maintenance technicians, planners, and operations to ensure work is properly assigned and completed on time;
Review and prioritize maintenance requests to ensure alignment with production requirements and safety standards;
Track progress of maintenance tasks and update work order statuses in the CMMS system;
Analyze maintenance data and generate reports on downtime, backlog, and schedule compliance
