Our client, a leading organization in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the ground installation support team, assisting with assembling ground erector posts and installing solar panels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**   $25.00/hour plus mileage reimbursement

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist with assembling ground erector posts on solar installation sites

+ Support the installation of solar panels in outdoor environments

+ Handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently

+ Follow safety protocols, including wearing protective gear

+ Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule

** What's Needed?*
* + Reliable transportation to various job sites

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and team lift up to 100 lbs

+ Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions

+ Basic physical fitness and stamina

+ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
