Company Mechanics are responsible for routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of equipment, including welding and troubleshooting mechanical issues. This role requires regular coordination with department heads to align maintenance schedules with project demands, ensuring all equipment is operational and efficient. Mechanics also support job sites by delivering necessary tools and materials, helping to overcome obstacles that may impact project progress. Their expertise contributes to smooth operations and safety compliance across the company.

• Routine Inspections:
  Conduct regular checks of all company tools, supplies, and safety items to ensure they are in proper working order.
• Equipment Upkeep:
  Perform scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs on all company owned tools and specialized equipment.
• Fleet Service:
  Manage repair and maintenance of the company's trailers and vehicle fleet to ensure operational readiness and safety.

• Experience required: 2 years

• Communication:
  Verbal and written proficiency with the ability to present to stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
• Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution:
  Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently, along with the ability to mediate disputes between employees or clients.
