Location: Chester Springs
Need home cleaning for our townhouse that has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms and some additional open rooms, with kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. Can discuss the price. It would be 16 hours in a month commitment.
The job requires:
- house cleaning
- dusting
- kitchen cleaning
- appliances cleaning
- mopping
- vaccuming
- bathroom cleaning
Not everything is needed at every visit; things that do not need cleaning can be skipped, like appliances. Mopping and vaccuming can be done alternatively.
Can be adjusted according to the available time limit of 4 hours. We may also need organizing the closets sometimes. Per hours rate can be discussed.
