Join the Stowe Motel team, a family-owned business, as a Maintenance Professional and play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about maintaining a high standard of facility care in our beautiful Stowe, VT, location.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they affect guest experience.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and work area.

• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Plumbing - Repair sinks, toilets, and showers with the ability to solder.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
