Maintain assigned areas such as patient rooms, common areas on and off the units, waiting areas, hallways and business offices;
Disinfect rooms, furniture, equipment and supplies, using appropriate processes and germicides for cleaning equipment;
Clean and maintain carts and equipment used, replenishing supplies, collecting waste, sanitizing garbage receptacles;
Turn mattresses, clean unit/department kitchenettes, sweep, mop as needed;
Respond to ad-hoc requests and initiate communication by walkie-talkies
