Perform floor maintenance on various flooring types (VCT, ceramic tile, carpet, wood, LVT, vinyl sheet goods, rubber tile, etc.);
Use floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize flooring and upholstery (chairs, cubicle walls, etc.);
Close out work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System via cellphone/iPad/computer;
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and materials;
Communicate professionally with colleagues and customers
