Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community currently has opportunities to join our incredible Housekeeping Team. This position helps maintain the spotless first impression that everyone gets when they enter our facility. A qualified candidate will be able to work independently, be flexible, and have initiative to complete assigned job tasks in a timely manner. This is a Full‑Time position with excellent benefits. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

We will provide you with the training and tools you need to be successful!

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a weekend requirement about once a month

$11.50–$14.49 per hour, dependent upon experience

• Perform daily and weekly tasks, such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
• Disinfect and sanitize from the entrance through the bathroom.
• Use proper safety measures at all times; empty trash; stock housekeeping supply closet.
• Remove trash and recycling as needed.
• Keep assigned area clean and presentable.
• Promote and maintain harmonious and effective working relationships.

• Previous housekeeping experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families.
• Demonstrates high level of customer service skills.
• Demonstrates independent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Accepts additional job responsibilities and schedule changes as they arise.
• Works well independently.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and schedules.
• Requires accuracy, dependability, initiative, and a desire to be part of a team focused on serving residents.
