Highgate Hotels - 544 DeKalb Pike - Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, including HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and furniture;
Inspect public areas (lobby, hallways, stairwells, parking lot) and correct any maintenance issues;
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks (PTAC units, water heaters, fire safety systems);
Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work and inspections;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment
