Night Services Technician; PT

Night Services Cleaning Position

We are seeking candidates to fill part-time positions supporting our Night Services team, performing detailed cleaning and upkeep of our corporate campus office buildings and surrounding facilities. Candidates should have a proven employment record as a dependable, detail-oriented worker. We offer flexible hours between the core hours of 4:30PM until 12:30AM, Monday through Friday. Starting pay is well above the industry standard with opportunity for increase within the first 60 days.

Management evaluates employee performance on an annual basis and offers bonus payouts to eligible employees.

Tasks requirements include but are not limited to:

• General cleaning such as scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Collecting and disposing trash
• Cleaning and servicing restrooms
• Stocking supplies
• Periodic deep cleaning
• Washing laundry
• Minor building maintenance

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Cleaning experience desired, but not required.
