Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am | Days:
Sunday – Thursday
Salary: $21.72 per hour (includes $1.75 shift differential).
Under moderate direction of a supervisor, responsibilities include general cleaning duties within dormitory, office, and other public facilities areas. Duties are as follows:
- Pick up and dispose of trash and recyclable materials.
- Dust, sweep, and dry mop. Wet mop and spot mop.
- Operate walk‑behind or ride‑on floor machine, wet vac, and carpet extractor.
- Clean glass in all accessible areas, including entrance glass, doors, and outdoor areas.
- Sanitize washrooms, showers, and toilets (dormitories only); refill dispensers.
- Vacuum and clean carpets and walk‑off mats; wash walls, woodwork, light fixtures, windows, and other glass.
- Remove snow, ice, and debris around entrances and fire exits (including dormitory fire escapes).
- Report equipment damage, malfunctions, or maintenance issues to supervisor or work control.
- Perform other duties within normal scope of the department’s responsibilities and individual capabilities.

- Capable of climbing ladders, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
