Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm) |

Join our team as an Industrial Custodian and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our staff and visitors. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for preserving the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, contributing directly to a healthy and welcoming workplace.

Required Skills- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to use ladders and reach high surfaces safely
- Knowledge of cleaning products and methods
- Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple cleaning tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others and independently
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or building care
- Familiarity with recycling procedures and waste management
- Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffing machines
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Ability to use step and extension ladders to reach, remove and replace light bulbs, dust walls and ceilings and wipe high surfaces
- Willingness to work outdoors during inclement weather when necessary
- Ability to work overtime occasionally
- Valid driver’s license is not required but advantageous
