Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our facility's operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall well‑being of our 181‑bed facility.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment, systems, and facilities
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, corridors, and rooms
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of our facility
• Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and repairs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
