Techo-Bloc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor at our Douglassville, PA facility to lead preventive and corrective maintenance across all shifts. You will drive uptime, manage a CMMS workflow, and coordinate shutdowns while mentoring a team and enforcing safety standards.
Strong PLC and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills are essential. Role requires 5+ years in heavy industrial maintenance with supervisory experience; welding/fabrication capabilities are a plus.
