- Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance, engineering, reliability, controls, planning, and facilities teams.
- Establish departmental goals, KPIs, staffing plans, budgets, and performance expectations aligned with plant objectives.
- Develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs that improve equipment uptime and performance.
- Lead root-cause investigations into equipment failures and implement long-term solutions that reduce downtime.
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, and facility systems.
- Support and optimize PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, VFDs, servo systems, and other automated manufacturing controls.
- Identify production bottlenecks and lead engineering projects that improve safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency.
- Manage capital projects, including equipment selection, installation, commissioning, facility upgrades, and expansions.
- Use maintenance and production data to improve OEE, MTBF, MTTR, asset reliability, and departmental performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, and executive leadership to achieve plant goals.
- Manage relationships with equipment manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and system integrators.
- Ensure all maintenance and engineering activities comply with OSHA, NFPA, environmental regulations, and company safety standards.
