ZMC Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks across hotel rooms and public areas;
Coordinate with maintenance trades (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical) to complete repairs;
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize guest disruption;
Inspect facilities and grounds to identify and address issues before they affect guests;
Maintain a safe and clean work environment and comply with safety policies
