Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + DOE
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all plant maintenance operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment, mobile fleet, and facility infrastructure.
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend the life of manufacturing machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation-related equipment issues, coordinating timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
Oversee the maintenance of plant facilities, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general building systems.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety and environmental regulations while promoting a strong culture of workplace safety.
Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors for specialized repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment service logs, repair history, inspections, and performance metrics.
Respond to emergency maintenance situations and provide leadership during critical equipment failures, including occasional after-hours support as needed.
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
3–5 years of maintenance, engineering, or industrial technical experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, automation, drives, motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Experience with metal fabrication, cutting, and welding.
Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of manufacturing equipment.
Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable environmental and safety regulations.
Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment documentation.
