Perform floor maintenance including stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of various floor types;
Clean and sanitize floors using floor machines and extractors;
Clean upholstery and fabric surfaces (chairs, cubicle walls) as part of routine duties;
Complete tasks and special projects during coverage periods for janitorial staff;
Close out work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System via mobile devices and computers
