This role is ideal for candidates based in Loughborough, Leicester, Melton Mowbray, and surrounding areas.

• Respond swiftly and safely to plant breakdowns, delivering high-quality repairs
• Implement permanent solutions for temporary fixes to improve long-term reliability
• Drive enhancements in plant performance and proactive maintenance
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and support root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring failures

• Yourean experienced mechanical maintenance professional with a passion for engineering excellence.
  
  Youllbring:
  
  Demonstrable experience in a similar maintenance role, including fabrication and welding
  
  Strong knowledge of maintenance practiceshydraulics and pneumatics experience a plus Apprentice-trained Level 3, ONC/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  
  Familiarity with TPM methodology, Continuous Improvement, and predictive maintenance
  
  Experience using CMMS systems and confidence in Root Cause AnalysisA self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
