Ethos is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead maintenance teams across the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and uptime of critical equipment and coordinate with Production.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of leadership in maintenance, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Office and maintenance systems. Bilingual preferred.
