Maintenance Assistant
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania.
Job Description:
Pay Rate: $19 - $21 / hour depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire
Hours:
8 hour shifts starting at 5am (OT when needed)
Monday - Friday
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.
The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
Adhere to transactional discipline within the business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
Comply with respective division standards.
Maintain and build competency in compliance with the Competency Management System.
Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
