Maintenance Technician
HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry in New Wilmington, PA!
Salary: $29.50–$31.43/hr
Shift: Full-Time (shift details to be discussed)

This role is responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant operations, supporting equipment reliability and minimizing downtime in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities- Program, troubleshoot, and operate PLCs, DCS, and interlocking systems
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs including motors, VFDs, breakers, and wiring
- Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems
- Service pumps including centrifugal, positive displacement, and diaphragm pumps
- Perform welding and basic pipe fitting as needed
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Utilize SAP CMMS to document maintenance activities
- Support operators with troubleshooting to reduce downtime
- Follow all safety policies and electrical codes
- High school diploma/GED or technical school required
- Minimum 5 years of skilled industrial maintenance experience or comparable technical training
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience including VFDs, motors, contractors, and control systems
- Knowledge of process piping, steam systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumps
- Welding experience preferred
- Experience in food or bottling manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret simple to complex schematics and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
