Responsibilities
The Horsham Clinic is seeking a dynamic and talented Maintenance Technician.
What You’ll Do (Position Description)The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the construction, repair and maintenance of building surfaces and furnishings, creating and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for patients, employees and visitors. The Maintenance Technician must be able to perform carpentry work such as dry wall, framing, fitting doors, repairing door locks, sanding, and painting, replacing molding, cove base, exterior repairs such as roof, windows and siding, minor electrical repairs, plumbing and other general maintenance.
There will also be exposure to HVAC and electrical problems, fire safety equipment, generator checks, and pump checks. During the winter season the Maintenance Technician is responsible for shoveling snow from walks and driveways as well as spreading salt to prevent ice buildup. They must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders and stand for periods of time. The Maintenance Technician is also required to be flexible for as on call shift responsibilities are mandatory.

- 2 years experience in electric, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, building, equipment and utility maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of maintenance, power and hand tools
