This role reports directly to our customer site in New Holland, PA. Living nearby is a plus, but not required.

What We're Looking For:

• A reliable professional who can work a consistent 11:00am–7:00pm schedule, with occasional morning or evening shifts when needed

• Someone who can oversee day porters and evening porters to ensure quality standards are met

• A "working supervisor" mindset — willing to jump in, clean when needed, and support floor work

• Strong problem-solving and light handyman abilities

• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we'll help)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and support staff

• Manage consumables/supply control

• Perform weekly safety inspections (including eye wash stations)

• Replace or repair lighting and ensure emergency exit signage is operational

• High-dusting tasks using lifts

• Maintain and refresh facility items such as shower curtains and counter top coatings

• Support additional facility needs as they arise
