Maintain and repair equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence;
Complete and document work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director;
Troubleshoot and report parts or supplies needed to complete repairs;
Assist the Director with inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and vendor oversight;
Communicate effectively with residents and staff
