Metz Culinary Management - 100 West Seminary Street - Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff floors, hallways, stairwells, and other facility areas;
Clean and refinish gym floors as needed;
Vacuum and shampoo rugs and carpets;
Clean, polish, and dust furniture and fixtures;
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies;
Wash windows, walls, mirrors, and other surfaces;
Collect and dispose of waste;
Assist with event setup/teardown;
Shovel/plow snow, sand/salt walks as needed;
Support relocation of property and other duties as assigned
