Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care community dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents, families, visitors, and staff.
We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and hands-on Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department.
This is a full-time position requiring one weekend day each week. The Maintenance Technician will help keep our facility operating safely and efficiently by handling routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and general building maintenance.

What You’ll DoPerform routine repairs and general maintenance throughout the facility.
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC repairs.
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
Conduct regular safety checks and address maintenance concerns.
Assist with maintaining the facility grounds and outdoor areas.
Follow all safety, fire, and infection control regulations.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Previous maintenance experience required; healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs independently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable attendance and willingness to work one weekend day each week.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
