Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) seeks a Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead cleaning operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role oversees janitorial staff, schedules work, and ensures consistent, high-quality cleaning and sanitation. The supervisor conducts safety and quality inspections, manages supplies and equipment, and partners with facility leadership to resolve issues quickly. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise janitorial teams in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure completion to KBS standards.
• Train, coach, and inspect staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Monitor use and inventory of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct regular safety and quality audits, resolving deficiencies promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse and facility management to address service needs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and customer requirements.
• Document incidents, work orders, and performance metrics accurately.
• Support a safety-first, service-oriented culture focused on reliability and teamwork.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for janitorial staff.
