Warehouse Janitorial Associate

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS), a leader in integrated facility services, is seeking a Warehouse Janitorial Associate to support our Environmental Services team. In this role, you will perform cleaning and sanitation of warehouse floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch areas; remove trash and recyclables; operate basic floor equipment; and restock supplies. You'll follow strict safety procedures, report maintenance issues, and work closely with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of warehouse floors, docks, aisles, restrooms, and common areas to support safe daily operations.
• Perform routine janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and surface disinfecting throughout the facility.
• Operate basic janitorial and floor-care equipment such as sweepers, mops, vacuums, and auto-scrubbers in accordance with safety and training standards.
• Follow all KBS and customer safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor and restock janitorial and restroom supplies and report low inventory or equipment needs to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Identify and promptly report spills, hazards, damages, and maintenance issues to help prevent accidents and maintain a safety-first environment.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, team leads, and other facilities staff to complete cleaning schedules and respond to special requests or priorities.
• Adhere to established cleaning checklists, quality standards, and productivity expectations to ensure consistent, reliable service for KBS clients.
• Support continuous improvement by following training, accepting feedback, and helping maintain a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork.
• Provide reliable attendance and flexibility to work in an active warehouse setting, including possible off-shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed by the customer location.
