Provide year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants;
Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as ice machines and walk-in coolers/freezers;
Operate basic computer tools to assist with maintenance tasks;
Follow safety procedures and company policies;
Coordinate with restaurant staff to schedule and perform maintenance and repairs
