Property Maintenance Technician

Arbors Management Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to support our Real Estate portfolio within the Facilities & Maintenance department. You'll perform routine and emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and grounds care across residential and commercial properties, ensuring safe, efficient buildings and well-kept outdoor spaces. In alignment with our culture of teamwork and environmental stewardship, you'll help maintain sustainable, attractive properties while responding to tenant requests and supporting long-term asset preservation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs for residential and commercial properties
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues
• Maintain exterior areas, including landscaping, walkways, and common areas
• Respond to tenant service requests and document work orders in a timely manner
• Inspect properties for safety, code compliance, and general upkeep
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to OSHA and company standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies inventory
• Support sustainability and property enhancement initiatives aligned with company values
