Custodial Services Worker

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Services Worker to support facilities at Indian Prairie CUSD 204. In this role, you will perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom restocking, surface disinfection, and basic floor care. You will follow safety and chemical-handling procedures, operate cleaning equipment, report maintenance needs, and support event setups.

Working as part of a diverse, service-focused team, you help create positive experiences for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces to support health and safety
• Operate custodial equipment such as vacuums and floor machines
• Follow safety, PPE, and chemical-handling procedures
• Report maintenance and repair needs to supervisors
• Support event setups and room arrangements as requested
• Secure doors, windows, and alarms as assigned
• Work collaboratively with custodial and school staff
