Preform General Maintenance activities for all Woodloch Facilities

include the following, other may be assigned

• Assist with Repairs and Projects as assigned by Department Managers and Supervisors
• Respond to Maintenance Requests from Guests
• Respond to Maintenance Requests from Housekeeping for Room Guests, Home, and Resort Common Areas
• Preform Preventive Maintenance Inspections and Repairs at scheduled intervals /li
• Maintain the high Woodloch Standards of Hospitality, Cleanliness and Quality.
• Daily Coordination of Activities with other maintenance groups and other Woodloch departments.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, hours worked and materials for billing purposes.
• Assist other Maintenance Group or Departments as necessary
• Other Duties may be assigned as needed

• Above average trade specific skills - Including but not limited to:
  Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Carpentry and Painting
• Experience with and the ability to use Common Hand and Power Tools
• Ability to work from Ladders and High Places
• Ability to work in Team Situations.

• Ability to Give and Receive clear Direction and Instructions.
• Use common sense.
• Have or Acquire and Maintain a set of Hand and Power Tools for you use on the job

High school diploma, general education degree or 5 years related experience and/or training: the equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. One year certificate from college or technical school recommended.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to solve practical problems, ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
