Waste Connections - 1600 Chestnut Tree Road - Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and support second-shift mechanics and maintenance personnel.;
Oversee preventive maintenance programs for fleet vehicles and equipment and ensure timely diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.;
Monitor fleet downtime and implement corrective actions to improve equipment availability.;
Coordinate major repairs with vendors and outside service providers when necessary.;
Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and company standards, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
