installation crew driver

As an Installation crew member and driver, you are the face of Swing Kingdom, driving across the country assisting with the delivery, building, and assembly of a variety of playsets and swing sets.

Where is the worksite?

When you work as a Swing Kingdom installation crew team member, the world is your office! We will provide you with opportunities to travel throughout the United States. On a regular basis our crew travels to the following areas:
Buffalo, NY/ Long Island, NY / Pittsburg, PA / Chicago, IL / Louisville, KY / St. Louis, MO / Philadelphia, PA / Charlotte, NC / Virginia Beach, VA and Baltimore, MD. On occasion, our crews travel as far as California, Texas, and Florida. The main warehouse and office are located in Leola, PA.

What is the Schedule?

Base Schedule — Monday - Friday, between 6am and 5pm**

** Willingness to work on the road with frequently adjusted hours, overnights, and occasional weekends, to ensure timely delivery and installation

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 2 years driving experience pulling/hauling trailers preferred
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Proven safe driving record and ability to maintain DOT compliance.
• Willingness to work on the road with frequent overnights and occasional weekends, as needed for timely delivery and installation completion
• Above average Assembly / Carpentry / Building Skills preferred
• Strong technical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset
• Hardworking and goal-focused, with a positive attitude, professional work ethic, and willingness to learn new things

• Lifting up to 50 pounds for shows and dealer visit.
