Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established, growing American manufacturer in the Meadville, PA area. This is a direct-hire opportunity with strong benefits, a company bonus program, and long-term stability.

This position will focus heavily on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance planning, CMMS management, spare parts inventory, and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate has a strong industrial maintenance background and understands the hands‑on side of troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• Lead and support TPM initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Manage PM schedules and maintenance activities through a CMMS
• Track equipment history, downtime, completed maintenance, and upcoming PMs
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available
• Coordinate planned maintenance with production to minimize downtime
• Support equipment troubleshooting and repairs when needed
• Assist with equipment installations, rebuilds, and capital projects
• Work with maintenance personnel, production teams, and outside vendors
• Help improve equipment reliability and overall maintenance processes

• TPM experience is REQUIRED
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules
• Hands-on understanding of industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience working with CMMS systems
• Experience managing maintenance spare parts/inventory
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
• Capital project experience is a plus
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, but not required
• $39-42 /hr
