Janitor Position

Our client, a facility management organization, is seeking Janitors to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the cleaning and maintenance department supporting facility operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, reliable, and have a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Bethel, PA

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift (7AM-3PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Perform cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas including carpets, floors, furniture, and fixtures
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness
• Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all cleaning activities

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Flexibility to work during scheduled hours
• Willingness to follow safety and cleanliness standards
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
